The Terms and Conditions of Service as outlined in this document are applicable to members of the website www.biaustralia.com.au that are providing Escort and/or Adult Services.

The owners and administrators of the website www.biaustralia.com.au, Information Technology and Communications (ITC) Australia shall at all times retain the right to suspend or cancel, without notice, any member account at anytime should it be deemed inappropriate for the website.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Notification of policy change will be announced to all persons affected by such changes as required.

What is meant by Escort/Adult Services?
We deem an Escort/Adult Service to be any person, persons, group or organisation providing services in exchange for financial gain. This would include, but not be limited to, persons providing both sexual and non-sexual services. For example, a 'non-sexual' massage service will be considered an Adult Service.

What details can my profile include?
In accordance with our general Terms and Conditions of Service, contact information, or details on how contact information may be obtained, is not permitted in your profile content. Details of the service you are providing is allowed, however details of rates to be charged are not permitted to be advertised in your profile, or in any other section of the site.

Can I promote my service to other members?
Yes, however only in response to a query from that member. You are not permitted to directly canvas our member-base with the sole intention of selling a service to them.

Can I advertise products as well as services?
No! The advertising of products for sale, or as gifts, is strictly forbidden.

Can I remain as a GUEST member as an Escort/Adult Service provider?
No! Any member providing an Adult Service to our member-base must be a financial member of the site. Membership subscriptions of 30 and 90 days are available. The membership subscriptions are not auto-renewable, and must be manually renewed via credit card payment at the end of the current subscription period.

Will I be 'flagged' as an Escort/Adult Service provider?
Yes! To assist our member-base to easily identify persons providing Adult Services, your account/profile will be 'flagged' accordingly.
